Default Paddlers

I notice from this week's Gazette that work is about to start on the Paddlers swimming pool. I wonder if they'll find and save any of the old headstones from the east cemetery while they're at it

Were the Headstones put into Quarry??? If so when and by who! thought that they were placed around wall of Cemetery?

From forum posts last year it appears some of the headstones were used for seating at the pools.
