Edward Whitehead/Coquet Island

I am researching the lighthouse keepers from Coquet Island. Can anybody shed any light (no pun intended) on the final resting place of Edward Whitehead, who to my knowledge was born in Warkworth.

He's buried at Warkworth....18 February 1871 aged 78.

Many thanks for that information Janwhin, are you aware if it is marked with a gravestone? Thanks Coquet I had found that post from an earlier search.

Sorry, I don't know whether there is a headstone. If there is, I think it should be in the churchyard and not the "new" cemetery, which I believe opened for business in 1878
