Default Amble Pride

Today I stood with young and old as a Veteran , to pay respect to our fallen of conflicts of last 100 years , My Medals worn with pride represent my comrades that paid the ut most price whilst on active service, a small part of the numerous wars fought in last hundred years, mine a bit poignant as was fought on our native soil the longest campaign ever fought by our services , to date OP Banner Ulster 1969-2007 . now called by us that served the forgotten war , and forgotten Army /DSCF7235.jpg,

A larger contingent from my regiment , each year , next year we hope to commemorate the 100th anniversary , and remember Lt Lawson Smith 13th hussars , and his brother , im hoping for attendance from the parent Regiment The Light Dragoons to lay a wreath , in their memory , early days though
