There is a website, www.martinsbank.co.uk If you click on branches a-z you can get photographs of former staff in the Amble branch. The article was produced in 1965.

That takes you back to the days when banking was a very different beast to what it is now. And a sub branch at RAF Acklington too (closed 1969).
