...came across this post searching for info on Meg Brown, who I am led to believe was Manageress of Meadow Dairy in the 30's or 40's ?
any info would be appreciated.

David Wilkinson was the manager during the 50's and probably up to the closure. He lived in Acklington Road opposite the welfare and had a son called David. He was a keen local historian and co wrote a book on Amble.
