Default Red Row House

Is there a bit of an uptick in local authority buildings coming on the market? ...sign of the times??

Spotted this beauty on one of my 'walks' the other day - Old School Building, Red Row.

Louis Johnson to auction in Oct. Sadly it has plans to be divided into two houses, plus more houses to be squeezed into the old school yard.

In my dreams I buy it and renovate it as a single house. Now where did I put my pound coin for my lottery ticket?

Glad to see this handsome building being put back to use.
I grieves me the number of houses "owned" by local authorities, the NHS and other public bodies that sit mouldering away.
