Water and Gas Inter-tidal Zone Druridge Bay

I assume everyone has now seen the world famous bubbling sands at Druridge.
Apparently swallowed a horse, a 4x4 and numerous dogs.

Shot this video today. Theory is it's mine water. Another one is starting 20m from this one. New one shown at the end of the video.

Told the wife to have a drink to see if it was fresh water. She refused.
