Newspaper from 1885. Where were the races held.

I believe it was on what is now the Industrial Estate.

For anyone who is interested, there is an Amble Race card on the Northumberland Communities website from 1888

You can also see the location of it on this map, also on the same site. It's exactly where Alan said

Default Near Mark's Bridge

The race card is very interesting and stirs the imagination. I found it on the site mentioned a while back and tried to look where the races were held. I've also seen the map linked to, but I never noticed the races on it - I see it now; marked to the right of Mark's Bridge. That's great! I really appreciate the shared knowledge of this forum.
