Default Help requested with Boat Yard Name.

As a component of my family history research, I’ve recently been sent a letter written by my great aunt in 1961. in the letter she refers to the boat yard in Coquet Street as “Matthew’s boat builders”. I have vague memories of a Matthews boat yard but can find no information when searching the internet. Was there a Matthews Boat Yard in Amble?

As far as I can remember the boat yard was Harrisons . Here's a snipet of info from the Ambler magazine "The boat yard of J&J Harrison started in Amble in 1870 mainly building collier brigs but by 1920 they were building numbers of cobles."
The above was taken from "theambler"

Thank you. It’s a little weird that I have a memory of “Matthews” and then in family letter from 1961 a boatyard is mentions it by that name. Perhaps for some odd reason my family may have referred to Harrisons as Matthews and that’s why I have the memory.
