Certainly looks like it. The wall of the Gutt the left. What is the date 191?

it says 1911 according to the cataloguer. I'm sure they were tipping rubbish on the Braid by then, but at the far end - Warkworth end. So probably not that picturesque for our German visitor if he walked along there.

On my favourite subject of rubbish dumps.. That storm we had 27/28 Nov last year took out a tree inside the entrance of the West Cemetery. They must have been dumping some rubbish in there for some reason as the hole the tree left behind and the roots were full of rubbish and bottles - perhaps it was ballast for the road or something.
