Default Three Villages

Can anyone tell me from where I can buy a copy of the book called "The Three Villages" by Elizabeth Stewart? I don't live in the area anymore.

I think it's out of print. Having looked on the internet, I see that it is being sold for about £18. I also noticed that another Amble Social History Group publication, A Time to Remember, is being sold online for £19. I bought a copy last week at a Woodhorn book sale for £4!

Barter Books might be worth searching.

Thanks for that.
I once had a copy but it seems to have disappeared. Must have loaned it to someone and not got it back.
Must make a determined attempt to get another copy.

Default found

I went down to Hastings earlier this week to visit my niece. She was born in London but has lived in Hastings since she was a young child. I looked at her bookshelves and found my copy of "The Three Villages". Apparently I gave it to her some time ago, saying that I would buy another for myself and then didn't. Anyway mystery of the lost book is now solved.

Just as a matter of interest my niece says that she regards Northumberland as her "spiritual homeland" even though she has been there only a handful of times.

She's welcome to keep the book.
