I've added a 'SSL certificate' to the
Amble and District website. This allows for a secure connection(the little padlock whatnot). Done this as google's search index algorithm now prefers secure sites over unsecure. All the URLs that started http:// now start with https:// To prevent every bookmark and link breaking I've put a redirect from any http request to the new https version .
In theory, everything should work just as it did.
