It is Lily / Lillian Jobson, lived Ackligton Road with her husband James, he served with the Fleet Air Arm RN WW2 on the escort carrier Ameer, and others.
Re Lily & Jim Jobson, Jim worked in the building trade in Amble after the war (Carse's ?), later becoming a Clerk of Works for (I think) Northumberland County Council. I was at school with their son, also Jim, who I believe at one time was a manager for Pickfords.
