Thanks for posting the scan of James George Young's Pilot Licence. My father is tracing the Young's, Gibb's and Campbell's in the Alnwick, Alnmouth, Amble and Blyth area. I've just come across your posting and told him about this forum and suggested he register.
Not sure how much information you have relating to James, but we have some newspaper articles etc. and a document regarding a sea rescue he was involved in during his early career - although you may already be aware of aspects of his life. Happy to upload if of interest to you and when I workout how to do so on this forum. KevinT
