Brilliant photos from the Youngs....that's quite a collection. I started at school in Alnwick in 1961 and we used to rattle across that old bridge in Craiggs' bus. The number of times when cyclists/pedestrians had to dive into those abutments, would they be. There was also plenty of reversing when something as big as the bus was coming the other way....back through the tower
