In case you haven't picked it up the National Archives are digitising unit diaries as part of their World War 1 release of information. Fortunately the Northumberland Fusiliers are amongst the first phase released:

9 Infantry Brigade 1 Battalion NF 1.8.1914-30.6.1915 (WO 95/1430/1); 1.7.1915-30.6.1916 (WO 95/1430/2);1.7.1916-31.12.1917(WO 95/1430/3); 1.1.1918-31.5.1919 (WO 95/1430/4);

1 Northern Brigade 51 Battalion NF (army of occupation) 1.3.1919-31.10.1919 (WO 95/1438/2);

1 Northern Brigade 52 Battalion NF 1.3.1919-31.10.1919 (WO 95/1438/3);

1 Northern Brigade 53 Battalion NF 1.3.1919-30.9.1919 (WO 95/1438/4).

A and B Squadrons of the Northumberland Hussars are also released.

Forgot to say, they're charging but £3.36 a piece.
