Highly likely we have here a list of Irish Navigators working on the Harbour? There are also a number Scottish and English Labourers (not listed here); a percentage of which might also be working on the Harbour.
Anyway, unless a list of employees of the harbour construction contractor turns up at the archives, this is probably as close as we'll get to a list of the famous "Irish Navvies".
